Essafe helmets meet the requirements of the European Helmet Standard EN397-1995/ pr A1:1998 and have been tested by VUBP-A0 235-Praha/Czech.

• Adjustments: The headband is adjustable to fit any head size. Adjust the headband so that it fits comfortably on your head and does not slip when you bend over.
• Usage: ESSAFE Manufactured helmets can protect the user against falling objects to a certain degree.
• Maintenance: The helmet should be cleaned with lukewarm water below 50°C and a mild detergent. Do not allow the helmet to come into direct contact with organic compounds, solvents or any solutions or sprays containing alcohol. Such substances reduce the durability of the protective body of the helmet and the inner lining that goes over the head.
• Inspection: Before each use, the helmet should be carefully examined for cracks, scratches or other damage. Helmets that have been involved in any accident should be removed from use and destroyed immediately, even if there is no apparent fault.
• Storage and Transportation: The helmet should be stored in a dry and cool place at normal room temperature. It should not be stored in direct sunlight, in a location where it can be exposed to high temperatures and deformed.
• Chin Band: The chin band is attached to the inner lining.
• Spare part: Linings are provided as spare parts for ESSAFE manufactured helmets.
• Marking: ESSAFE helmets have been tested to meet the legal minimum requirements of EN 397.
• ESSAFE helmets are made of Poly Ethylene (PE) and should not be used for more than 3 years with appropriate daily use.
